Entry is by application form to the Secretary.
To be eligible to win a prize in an Open or Invitation, all entrants in a team must have a valid CDH number and must have recorded at least 3 qualifying scores in the last 12 months.
This competition requires that fees be paid to complete entry. If the payment process is not completed, your entry may be removed.
